This Hot Stone course has been developed to introduce the practitioner to the art of using hot and cold stones as tools to apply massage strokes. Stones are also placed along Chakras and other energy centers of the body. The course will engage the practitioner in hours of hands-on time to enable the practitioner to become comfortable with the use of the stones. The techniques presented in this course benefit blood and lymph flow, warming muscle tissue and softening fascia to facilitate a higher state of relaxation.
