This event is a healing experience, a combination of learning and healing. 

Do you feel sluggish, low-energy, or anxious?

Do you have respiratory health issues or digestive health issues? 

Would you like to learn about a healing technique that is clinically proven effective and completely non-invasive? 

In this Healing Circle, you will learn how to practice healing breath techniques known as “Pranayama” in Ayurveda. 

Prana is the life force that flows through the body. Prana keeps us energized, happy, and healthy. 

Pranayama techniques are ways to move the prana to promote health, healing, and happiness. 

You will learn the benefits of each technique covered, contraindications, and how to practice it correctly.

The first half of the class will be learning about Pranayama, why it works and how to practice it. The second half of our time together will be practicing healing breath techniques together, so that you will leave knowing how to do them properly, and so that you will have the opportunity to experience the transformational healing power of Pranayama!
