After a brief warm up of the body, we will settle in to a guided meditation called Yoga Nidra. This practice will promotes deep rest and relaxation that isn’t found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system, leading to less stress and better health. You will leave rested and energized for the take on the rest of your week!
