Massage for Family and Friends
Learn how to give the "massage touch" in time for those Mother Figures in your life. Once learned, can be used again and again.
Have you ever wanted someone to just massage your shoulders but the touch is too rough? You wanted someone to massage your head but they petted or pulled your hair? Or you wanted someone to “rub” your feet but it was too ticklish? Did you want to provide a gentle touch to a family member or friend and they didn’t know how to relax, they anticipated that it would be painful, like in the movies.
Come on out for an informative workshop on Massage for Friends and Family. This class will demonstrate to age appropriate adults tips that you can learn with your friends and family to get beneficial results. Bring yourself and friend/family member, or make it a group experience. You will get hands on opportunities to practice on and to receive the benefit of massage. This could be a way to "gift" your family and friends and back to you, when life gets a little too stressful.
