Patsy Finger

Ganapatsy

Yoga instructor

My name is Patsy Finger, and I teach and practice under my yoga name, Ganapatsy. I have walked the yogic path for over 40 years, guided by a lifelong curiosity for spiritual traditions and embodied healing.

I was introduced to Yoga through the lineage of ISHTA Yoga — Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda — founded by Mani Finger and Alan Finger, and shaped by the many spiritual teachers and masters who passed through their ashram. I completed my ISHTA Yoga training in 2002, opened Something Yoga in Boca Raton, Florida, and later taught and practiced in South Africa through my studio Ganapatsy from 2011 to 2022.

Alongside yoga, my work includes Reiki, intuitive healing, and crystal healing. I was adopted and initiated into Native American spiritual ways by Agasti Gadahi (Granny Jean), a 10th-generation Cherokee Medicine Woman, whose teachings continue to guide my work. With a background in trauma counseling and training in Radical Forgiveness, I support healing on both energetic and emotional levels.

I teach intuitively and from the heart, holding yoga as a living relationship — one that, when honored, moves through us and restores balance, presence, and wholeness.
