Jennifer Jimenez Maraña, PhD is a yoga instructor, Reiki Master, and life empowerment coach who believes with all her heart that healing is not only possible—it’s sacred. Specializing in Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, she creates supportive, nurturing spaces where students can reconnect to their bodies, breath, and inner strength.
Jennifer’s journey into healing work began from a place of deep grief. After the loss of her eldest son, Jennifer found herself at a crossroads between heartbreak and purpose. She turned inward through yoga, breathwork, meditation, and energy healing—and outward toward community, compassion, and connection. That sacred path now shapes the way she holds space for others.
During her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, Jennifer experienced firsthand the power of integrating body, mind, and spirit for deeper healing. She discovered that at its core, yoga is about union—and when a community practices together, they heal together.
In her classes, you’ll find a welcoming environment where movement is mindful, breath is intentional, and every student is encouraged to honor their body’s wisdom. Jennifer has guided older adults, adults with special needs, and students of all levels, meeting each person exactly where they are.
Her life empowerment workshops leave participants feeling energized, inspired, and ready to take action—equipped with practical tools, renewed clarity, and the confidence to move toward their dreams.
