Yoga for All

In this class we will explore yoga poses, breathing techniques and freedom-supporting sequences with the aim of cultivating greater self-awareness while deepening the connection with our bodies.

This class will incorporate gentle to moderate poses and is open to all levels and all bodies. You will hold the poses a little longer in this class to increase balance, strength and stamina.
