You’ll travel through the layers of consciousness while remaining lightly aware, allowing you to fully recall and record the insights you receive. Journals will be provided to capture your journey, and you’ll have the opportunity to share your experiences in a warm and supportive circle. (Sharing is always optional, of course.)
