Usui Reiki Level I is a sacred introduction to energy healing—a day of self-discovery, renewal, and connection.
Guided by Reiki Master Cheryl Lynn Hicks, who carries an unbroken lineage just 18 generations from Reiki’s founder, Mikao Usui, you’ll begin your journey into the heart of this ancient healing tradition.
Throughout the day, you’ll experience guided meditation, explore the energy field through dowsing, and gain an understanding of the chakra system and Reiki’s origins.
You’ll also receive your attunement—an energetic initiation that opens your ability to channel Reiki—and learn both a 60-minute Usui Reiki session protocol and a self-care practicefor daily balance and grounding.
Students are encouraged to keep their schedules light after class to allow space for integration and reflection as the energy continues to harmonize and recalibrate.
