Usui Reiki Level I
Usui Reiki is an opportunity to gain a new tool to offer comfort and healing to all your loved ones be they human, pet or plant.
Cheryl Lynn will be the class facilitator. There is a lot that goes into a day of Usui Reiki training: Meditation, Energy field discovery, Reiki history, Chakra system descriptions, attunements, demonstrations and the practice of basic protocols for a client or self-healing Reiki sessions.
Arrive knowing you will have a full day of discovery and adventure. It is recommended you leave your evening free to give yourself the time to process your experiences of the day.
