Evaluation and Release Techniques of the Foot and Lower Limb
We will review bone structures, common pathologies and possible esoteric meanings of the foot and lower limb.
The largest grouping of time is reserved for the demonstration and practice of muscle release techniques for the anterior and posterior foot and lower limb.
All the while a gentle eye will be focusing on proper body mechanics, offering suggestions if needed.
