Usui Reiki Level I
Reiki Level 1 will give you tools to offer healing and comfort to your loved ones, clients, pets and yourself; Cheryl teaches from the Usui tradition of Reiki. There is a lot that goes into a day of Reiki training: Meditation, Energy field discovery, Reiki history, Chakra system descriptions, attunements, Demonstrations and practice of client and self-healing Reiki sessions. Come knowing you will have a full day of discovery and adventure, so leave your evening free to give yourself the time to process your experiences of the day.
We will be using massage tables for our practice sessions, bring one set of twin sheets and a blanket if you easily get chilled.
Upon completion of this course, you will receive certification as a Usui Reiki Level I Practitioner
Reiki Master Cheryl Hicks will be your instructor
